High Volume
Commercial Accounts

We welcome our high volume clients. To become a high volume client, you must order at least 25 designs per month.  As a high volume client, we will keep your billing card on file, and we will automatically charge your card for the designs you submit..  This significantly speeds up the ordering process for you. You will be able to log into the Client Design Portal to view your past orders and designs.  You will receive the completed design files both by email and in the client design portal. High volume clients include embroidery shops, commercial embroidery distributors, promotional companies, apparel companies, hat distributors, and more. 

To apply and set-up a high volume commercial account, please email a request to our high volume client account department at Client@RapidDigitizing.com .  In the email, please provide your company name, contact information, and required monthly digitizing volume.  You also need to specify your email address that you wish to have the client account linked with. We will then email you a link for you to enter your billing card information.  After complete the signup, we will provide you with access to the online ordering portal. Your card will be charged through BrainTree payment services.

Our system also allows for our high volume clients to have their designating employee submit multiple digitizing design orders seamlessly through sending designs by email or through the online portal.  Specialized billing means that we will charge your company card on file, and you do not have to manually pay for each digitizing order.  Designs can be submitted by email, or through the online design portal, and we will charge regularly for the designs digitized and completed. To be considered a high volume client, a minimum monthly volume of 25 designs is required.
