Artwork Submission Instructions

Upon placing your order, please submit your artwork by using the instructions listed below. The following artwork file formats may be submitted to us for digitizing: .jpg., .bmp., .pdf., .psd., .ai, .gif., pdf.  Please be sure to include your order number received in the confirmation email after placing your order, your contact information including your email, along with your embroidery machine file format and all specifications pertaining to the artwork which is to be digitized.  


ONLY USE THE ARTWORK SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS BELOW IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PLACED YOUR ORDER. DO NOT USE THE ART SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU HAVE NOT PLACED YOUR ORDER AND DO NOT HAVE A ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER.  CLICK HERE TO PLACE YOUR ORDER

WE ONLY ACCEPT ARTWORK SUBMISSIONS BY EMAIL DIRECTLY TO OUR ARTWORK DEPARTMENT. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO SUBMIT YOUR ARTWORK BY EMAIL: Please EMAIL your artwork directly to our artwork department at: artwork@rapiddigitizing.zendesk.com
In your email, please include your name, email address, phone number, transaction id, artwork file as an attachment, design size, design file machine format needed, and any notes pertaining to the design. Please make sure you send your email to: artwork@rapiddigitizing.zendesk.com , and please make sure not to leave out any portion of the email address to our artwork department. Thank you!

WILL NOT BE PROCESSED or ACCEPTED.  Thank you!

NOTICE REGARDING ARTWORK: You must only submit artwork which you have permission to reproduce and does not violate any copyright or trademark laws. We assume that you have full permission to reproduce the artwork you send us to digitize, and we hold no liability.
